Randy Evans

Randy Evans, 56, of Decatur, IL passed away at 6:10 p.m. on Thursday (Jan. 27, 2011) in his home.

Mr. Evans was born on December 4, 1954 in Decatur, IL, the son of Albert G. and Patricia A. (Remley) Evans. Randy married Amy Rimmel on July 8, 1997. He retired from Firestone Tire Company after thirty-four years of service.

Surviving is his wife: Amy Evans of Decatur, IL; sons: Corey Evans of Champaign, IL, Jeremy Evans, William Lafferty and his girlfriend Nikki of Decatur, IL, Christopher Lafferty of Decatur, IL; mother: Patricia A. Evans of Decatur, IL; uncle: Donnie Remley of Decatur, IL; aunt: Carol Lyon and her husband Butch of Buffalo, IL.

Randy was preceded in death by his father.
